OPEN CALL
FOR NOMINATION OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THEIR SUBSTITUTES FROM SOCIAL PARTNERS AND CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANISATIONS IN THE SECTORAL MONITORING COMMITTEE FOR OP HRD
Pursuant to Article 167 and Article 59 of the European Commission Counclil Regulation No. 718/2007 of 12 of June 2007, for implementation of the European Commission Counclil Regulation No. 1085/2006 for establishment of the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA), the Operating Structure has set-up a Sectoral Monitoring Committee for OP HRD 2007-2013 (IPA Component IV). The bodies within the Operating Structure responsible for implementation of the OP HRD are the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and Ministry of Education and Science, which are at the same time responsible for coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects financed under IPA Component IV. Pursuant to Article 19(5) of the Decree on Determining Mutual Relations between Bodies and Authorities of the Decentralised Management of the First Four Components under the EU Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia, No.18/08), the Sectoral Monitoring Committee shall comprise of representatives of the National IPA Coordinator, National Authorising Officer, Strategic Coordinator for regional development and human resources development, Operating Structure, the European Commission, international financial institutions, social partners and civil society organisations. The role of the Sectoral Monitoring Committee involves continous monitoring of the implementation progress of the Operational Programme in achieving its priority axes and measures.
The aim of this Call is to provide a transparent procedure on the selection of four representatives of the civil society organisations, active in the human resources area, and as such, ensure active participation of the civil society in the work of the Sectoral Monitoring Committee of the OP HRD 2007-2013.
The procedure for selection of representatives and their substitutes from the social partners and civil society organisations will be conducted in several stages: announcing the Call in the daily newspapers and on the internet, disseminating information through electronic post, establishing verification commissions by civil society organisations, evaluating the nominated candidates by the verification commissions and publishing the selected candidates and their substitutes.

The completed applications for the nominated candidates from the civil society organisations must be submitted in a sealed envelope only through registered mail remittance and addressed as following:

The duration of the Call for nominating candidates as representatives of civil society organisations is open 15 calendar days from the date of publication of the Open Call. The deadline for submission of applications is 03 February 2010, by 16:00h.
